Bristol .NET Developer Network

Guy Smith-Ferrier has just let me know about the .NET Developer Network, a free .NET user group based in Bristol. This involves monthly meetings, the first of which is on 23rd April, about LINQ, and presented by Mike Taulty. I've seen Mike present before, and he's worth watching.

Sure, but he's not as good as Daniel Moth - as demonstrated by yesterday's MSDN Roadshow at Olympia...

Thanks for your comment Daniel, er, I mean Anonymous. I've met you, er, him a couple of times, and although a pleasant and knowledgable chap, I've never seen you, er him present anything. I'm sure you are, er, he is better though.

Actually, both Daniel and Mike are excellent speakers.

Good luck in Bristol - LINQ is an excellent subject and it looks like it is going to be a really useful area of .NET development.

Let me be clear, I'm not Daniel. Mike is a good speaker, but Daniel is better. Perhaps it was just subject matter but I felt D generated a better rapport with the audience. This was also the case at TechEd last fall, so I know it wasn't a fluke.

IANDM,

I didn't really think it was Daniel commenting, I just thought it amusing to make out that Daniel might leave such a comment. Apparently it wasn't :-)

Maybe Daniel will be speaking at a future event.
